♦ The discounted room block at New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel, setting for the November 10 awards banquet, has closed.  Rooms may still be available at the hotel, but at market rates.  There are many other hotels in the area of New York's Times Square, within a short walk to the Marriott Marquis.  See a Google Map of them here.

Sponsored Table for 10: U.S. $7,500

Sponsored table includes 10 tickets, corporate branding of your table, corporate branding in the presentations, a full-page ad in the awards banquet program (total distribution of 10,000+), and the right to speak on stage for up to 60 seconds (instead of the standard 30 seconds). Deadline to reserve a sponsored table with full benefits: October 19.

No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after Monday, November 6.
