Değer Dündar Altınbayrak is a marketing and brand communication professional with more than 25 years of experience. During the first decade of her career, she worked in the Exhibitions and Organizations sector as a part of many marketing teams leading corporate brand communication and international event marketing operations. She has also worked as a corporate communications executive for duty-free and manufacturing sectors.

Değer has been the Managing partner of Enustkat Intercative (euk.) digital advertising agency since 2010. Enustkat specializes in digital marketing, production, UI & UX developments, social media management, and technology-based marketing projects. She leads the business side of the organization at euk., which is highly associated with business development and partnerships. 

Deger is experienced in building brands from scratch, helping them grow their communications and awareness while also acting as a business consultant. She has been a mentor for various start-ups and sprouting corporations. She is currently working attentively on brand communication data marketing, VR technologies, and digital user experience.
