♦ Purchase Tickets Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website. Tickets are $545 each, or $5,350 for a table for 10 persons. Prices will rise on October 21 to $595 per or $5,850 for a table for 10, so order your tickets early! Last day for ticket sales: November 12

♦ Reserve a Sponsored Table for 10 Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website. Sponsored table includes 10 tickets, branding of your table, branding in presentations, your logo on red-carpet signage so that it appears in all red-carpet photographs and video interviews, a full-page ad in the program book, and the right to speak for up to 60 seconds on stage (rather than the standard 30 seconds). Cost of a sponsored table is $7,500. Last day to reserve a sponsored table: October 21. Last day to cancel a sponsored table for a refund: October 21

♦ Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for the New York Marriott Marquis, setting for the November 16 event. Set in the heart of Times Square. The discounted rate will expire at 5:00 pm ET on Monday, November 2, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.

♦ Reserve a Full-Page Ad in the Awards Event Program Book. The program will be distributed to the 400+ attendees of both the luncheon and evening ceremonies, plus an additional 15,000+ readers over the next year as a PDF download from the awards website. Cost: $495. Reservation Deadline: October 21.

♦ Distribute Literature About Your Organization to Awards Event Attendees: You may provide a flyer or small brochure to be distributed on all of the seats at the awards gala. Cost: $450. Reservation Deadline: October 21.

Join many of the world’s leading executives and professionals as we announce and present the 23rd Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. Network with peers from across the globe and receive the recognition that you and your organization deserve. Gold and Grand trophies and Silver and Bronze Medals will be conferred. All Gold winners in attendance will be called to the stage for each category in which they’ve won Gold. Silver and Bronze winners will receive their award(s) at their dinner tables. The following exceptions apply:

• If you have traveled from outside the United States and won a Silver or Bronze award, you will be called to the stage once to accept your last award.
• If your organization has purchased a table of 10 and won a Silver or Bronze award, you will be called to the stage once to accept your last award.

All winners are encouraged to take red carpet photos and be interviewed at the red carpet video area. Use this occasion to bring your employees together to celebrate their award-winning work!

Dress is business attire.

No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after Thursday, November 12.
