Oksana Tsvigun
Oksana Tsvigun is an international eCommerce executive, entrepreneur, and advisor with nearly two decades of experience helping consumer brands grow across North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. Originally from Ukraine and now based in Los Angeles, she has built a global career leading digital commerce, business transformation, and market expansion for some of the world's leading consumer brands, high-growth businesses, and founder-led ventures.
As the Founder and CEO of OT Growth Labs, Oksana advises consumer brands on launching, scaling, and expanding in the U.S. market. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership roles with L'Oréal, Global Fashion Group, Pandora, and Accel Club, working across beauty, fashion, jewelry, wellness, and pet care. Her unique background combines deep operational expertise with commercial leadership, enabling her to connect strategy with execution and help businesses achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
Beyond her executive work, Oksana is a recognized voice in global eCommerce. She is the author of How to Launch a Pet Supplement on Amazon from Zero and a contributor to Practical Ecommerce, where she writes about U.S. market entry, cross-border commerce, and digital growth strategies for international brands. She is passionate about sharing practical knowledge that helps businesses successfully expand into new markets.
Her contributions have been recognized through several international honors, including the Gold Stevie® Award for Most Innovative Woman of the Year in Business Services and recognition as one of VTEX's Top 20 Women in Commerce. She has also been featured in international business publications for her expertise in eCommerce, leadership, and global expansion.
Oksana holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Project Management and Consulting from Kyiv National Economic University.
Outside of work, Oksana enjoys traveling, dancing, learning new languages, and exploring different cultures. She believes that lifelong learning fuels both personal and professional growth and that the most successful businesses are built by combining ambitious strategy with disciplined execution and a deep understanding of customers.

A repeat founder and former engineer, he has authored peer-reviewed research, and mentors early-stage startups.
Jyothsna Harithsa
Jyothsna is an Assistant Professor of Finance whose research focuses on emerging issues at the intersection of finance and technology. Her work spans digital assets, AI in financial reporting, banking, and corporate finance. Jyothsna’s academic expertise provides a strong foundation to evaluate the organizational impact of strong leadership.
Malvika Jaggi
eCommerce executive with 10+ years across Amazon, retail media, marketplaces, DTC and social commerce. Scaled the Red Bull digital business across 50+ retailers and built Reckitt’s retail media performance marketing strategy. Now VP of Partnerships & Platforms at One Tree Brands, leading strategy for brands on TikTok Shop, Amazon and others.
