Angelique Hamilton, MBA, is a human resources executive, entrepreneur, executive coach, and founder and CEO of HR Chique Group, a digital human resources and organizational advisory firm supporting growing companies, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and multi-site businesses. With more than 20 years of experience, she advises executives and leadership teams on people strategy, organizational culture, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, and business transformation.

Through HR Chique Group, Angelique provides fractional Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief People Officer leadership to organizations that need experienced executive guidance without the infrastructure of a large internal HR department. Her work frequently involves helping companies navigate growth, leadership transitions, operational change, and complex workforce matters. She is known for translating people-related challenges into practical business solutions, establishing effective systems, improving leadership accountability, and aligning human resources practices with organizational priorities.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Jacksonville University, graduating with honors, and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Her professional development also includes credentials in diversity, equity, and inclusion, distributed workforce strategy, and leadership coaching.
